Kingsley was incorporated in 1985 as a company manufacturing Card Pins and Card Staves for jute mills and was then called “Kingsley Industries Pvt. Ltd.”. In the year 1995 the company was converted as Public Limited, accordingly the name was changed to Kingsley Industries Ltd.
