Ashoka Rolls is ready to ‘tap’ Western & Southern Indian Market 

Ahmedabad, 26 Sep 2017 : The leading and premier manufacturer of rubber coated rollers; Ashoka Rolls has started to commission a state-of-the-art plant in Vatwa Ahmedabad. Exclusively Talking to “The Pulp and Paper Times” the internal sources informs that “Paper Industry is retaining its profitability and major expansion and capacity additions are taking place in western and southern India. We want to expand our reach in this market. The aim to opening up a new set up in Ahmedabad is to provide the benefit of our advance technology. In Northern India, we are leading manufacturers of press rolls of higher thickness for heavy Nip loads and are also manufacturing bigger deckle rolls for high speed machines. We hope our commercial operation will be started by the end of October “ and want to cut down the transportation cost of the paper mills and also delivery time strategically. We are targeting to manufacture around 1200 to 1300 rolls of all size per year. We are currently manufacturing 9000 mm length and 1800 to 2000 mm dia rolls and do all type of rubber covering.” Sources said. Presently we are working with prestigious paper machines, with respect to “ speed of machine and quality of paper. We have a team of technical professionals with us, who assist and guide us in providing the quality of our product.” Sources concluded.
