Millenium Papers installs 2nd paper Machine

Morbi: In last six months, Western India Pulp and Paper Industry has experienced multi folds growth in expansion and capacity addition. In the row of this developments Millenium Paper  has started the commercial production of coated duplex board in August. Describing his expansion plan to The Pulp and Paper Times, managing director Mr. Vipul Koradiya said  there has been no negative growth in paper industry and we have a reason to cheer up to have good monsoon. Mr. Koradiya informed that we have started the production of duplex board on the 2nd new machine brought from SPM Engineer, installed in the existing premises. We have achieved the capacity level of 250 tonnes per day (TPD) producing LWC and HWC board with Grey back and white back respectively. The deckle size is 3450 mm (finished) and machine is designed at a speed of 250 m/m. We have pulp mill of Parason Global. At present Millenium Papers produces around 200 MT of Duplex boards of various GSM & Grades per day on 1st machine. Millenium has invested 70 Cr. on 2nd machine planning to  achieve the capacity of 350 TPD by January 2017. Informed by Mr. Vipul
