Golden Yellow Paper Mill is Coming Up With High BF Paper Production

The eradication of single-use plastic and superior quality of paper will dominate in the future. “Production of Paper is to be matched with the end-users' expectation more, rather than filing up warehouses. The strength and high RCT value of the paper are on the top priority of E-Commerce companies,” said by Mr. Birjesh Patel, designated Partner of Goldenyellow Paper LLP.

“Yes, we are in the process of setting up a fully automatic and state-of-art infrastructure of the paper production at Morbi. We are expected to start high BF making unit of 150 to 170 TPD kraft paper by November or December 2019,” Mr. Patel informed

Golden Yellow paper is also targeting the export market in the high BF kraft segment. “We have imported all the plant and machinery from overseas suppliers to get the 350 to 400 GSM quality kraft paper in a sustainable way. We have 3.8 meter deckle machine and speed is designed between 350 to 400 m/min.,” Mr. Patel further informed.

Nearly 170 million tons of corrugated boxes were sold in 2018, equalling a market value worth US$ 112 billion. A new study by FMI estimates that the corrugated boxes market will grow at a 3.9% y-o-y in 2019. Key market influencing factors include,

·Increased demand for bulk packaging solutions

·Higher recyclability of corrugated boxes

·Fluctuations in kraft paper prices and the increasing gap between the supply-demand scenario

 â€œApart from its superior strength, it is 100% eco-friendly. It degrades naturally within a few weeks, decomposing just like leaves that fall off a tree. It leaves no impact on the environment, but no one needs to wait that long. In fact, Kraft paper can be recycled for use in new packaging,” Mr. Patel told.

Golden Yellow is following all the environmental norms by setting up ETP unit.
