Malu Paper plans to buy out an Existing Paper Mil

Nagpur: After the successfully capacity expansion in Kraft Paper and Newsprint segment, Malu Paper Mills intends to buy out a Paper mill of Newsprint grade. Talking to The Pulp and Paper Times Mr. Narayan Malu, Director, Malu Paper Mills Ltd. said "We have expanded our capacity by 70 TPD in Kraft Paper and 20 TPD in newsprint from March onwards this year. Strategically, if we find a paper mill with newsprint production facility, we may buy out it as the newsprint market is always in demand.Also we are not looking for paper mill in any specific region but if any opportunity comes up before us we would like to study the all aspects like Customers’ base, Bank Loan, Consumption and grades of paper, before any conclusive decision. Malu paper is open to pan India acquisition; we are not budget constrained, informed by Mr. Malu.
