The multi-billion-dollar décor paper market is likely to witness an uptick in coming years. Absorbent kraft paper also holds a sizeable share in the market value.
The Absorbent Kraft Paper has good absorbency and penetrating power. The high viscosity Absorbent Kraft Paper is used for lamination. The Absorbent Kraft Paper is widely used in Decklan sheets. “Furniture industry prominently boosts sales of low-pressure laminates that are attributed to the robust growth of the domestic furniture sector, almost 60% of the total furniture sold is household, which is likely to push demand for low-pressure laminates further,†explained by Mr. Vasant Patel, Director at Newly established Paper Mill, Sunlight Pulp & Paper Pvt. Ltd.
He further explained that the growth of the absorbent kraft paper market is primarily driven by the increasing application of decorative laminates in the construction industry. In addition, the low maintenance and installation costs of decorative laminates are also expected to fuel the market growth. Furthermore, the technological advancements in printing techniques and manufacturing environmentally-friendly laminates are likely to offer immense growth opportunities for the market players. However, the volatile raw materials prices are expected to hamper the growth of the global decorative laminates market in the coming years.
Situated at Savli industrial area near Vadodara, Sunlight Pulp and Paper is equipped with state-of-art infrastructure.
